I am glad to know that our District Bulletin Blog is created by my freind and Chief Editor Lion Manoj Kumar Purohit. Though this is a new concept, even amongst the net savey persons, still this BLOG, i believe will mark the begining of a new era in the functioning and communications pattern that will follow in the years to come at District 324-C2.
