Lion P Roopkaran Reddy, District Governor 1993-94 left for heavenly abode on 17th August 2011 after brief illness. His last rites were performed on 18/08/2011 at Amangal.
Lion P Roopkaran Reddy will be not just be remembred for the Establishment of Lions Ram Reddy Eye Hospital at Yenugonda, Mahaboobnagar, but for the success of the Hospital. For almost 10 years he stayed in the hospital premises and nurtured the hospital so well that it bloomed into an edifice of Lionistic service.
Lions Update and all the Lions of District 324C 2 feel the loss of the noble soul and pray Lord Almighty to bestow peace upon his soul.
He is my loving brother. I really miss his affection and ever smiling face.

It is a really shock to one and all who have seen for the years.

ReplyDeletePeddammamaya was a very loving and helpful person. It is a great shock to have lost him when we had every hope of his recovery from illness. May his soul reat in peace. We miss him a lot.
